Breng jouw bedrijf, organisatie, product of dienst onder de aandacht van lezers van Streekgids.nl. Met een advertorial vertel je jouw verhaal in een volledig artikel, inclusief afbeeldingen en links naar je eigen website.

Zo werkt het

1. Vul het aanvraagformulier in. Lever de complete tekst, afbeeldingen, links en factuurgegevens aan.
2. Rond de betaling af. Je betaalt veilig via PayPal. PayPal kan, indien beschikbaar, aanvullende betaalmethoden zoals Wero aanbieden.
3. De redactie controleert de bijdrage. We bekijken de tekst, afbeeldingen en links voordat het artikel wordt gepubliceerd.
4. Na goedkeuring gaat de advertorial online. Je ontvangt automatisch bericht zodra de advertorial is goedgekeurd, ingepland of gepubliceerd.

Wat moet je aanleveren?

• Een volledig geschreven titel en advertorialtekst
• De naam van het bedrijf of de organisatie en een contactpersoon
• Een geldig e-mailadres en volledige factuurgegevens
• De website- of doellink
• Een uitgelichte afbeelding in JPG-, PNG- of WebP-formaat
• Eventueel maximaal vijf aanvullende afbeeldingen en vijf aanvullende commerciële links

De advertorial moet publicatieklaar worden aangeleverd. De redactie kan kleine correcties uitvoeren of om een aanpassing vragen.

Factuur nodig?

Vul in het aanvraagformulier de volledige bedrijfs- en factuurgegevens in. Laat na de aanvraag weten dat je een factuur wilt ontvangen. De factuur bedraagt € 60. Voor Nederlandse klanten wordt geen btw berekend wegens toepassing van de KOR. Voor buitenlandse ondernemingen worden de toepasselijke factuurregels gebruikt.

Redactionele beoordeling en berichtgeving

Betaling geeft niet automatisch recht op publicatie. Na betaling krijgt de aanvraag de status ‘Betaald – wacht op beoordeling’. Als aanpassingen nodig zijn, ontvangt de inzender automatisch een e-mail met de redactienotitie. Bij afwijzing ontvangt de inzender eveneens automatisch bericht.

Wanneer Streekgids.nl een betaalde advertorial vóór publicatie definitief afwijst, wordt de PayPal-betaling terugbetaald.

Voorwaarden voor plaatsing

• De advertorial wordt na goedkeuring gepubliceerd in de categorie Landelijk.
• De advertorial verschijnt niet automatisch op de voorpagina of in andere nieuwsblokken.
• Boven het artikel staat duidelijk ‘Advertorial – betaalde bijdrage’.
• Alle commerciële links krijgen rel="sponsored noopener".
• De looptijd is één jaar vanaf de daadwerkelijke publicatiedatum.
• Na één jaar wordt het artikel automatisch van de openbare website gehaald, maar niet definitief verwijderd.
• Dertig dagen voor het einde ontvangen de adverteerder en Streekgids een herinnering. Verlengen met één jaar is mogelijk via een nieuwe betaling.

Inhoud en verantwoordelijkheid

De inhoud moet passen bij het karakter en de doelgroep van Streekgids.nl. Advertorials over onder meer seks, gokken, cryptovaluta, tabak, politieke campagnes of andere gevoelige of ongewenste onderwerpen worden niet geplaatst.

De aanleverende partij is verantwoordelijk voor:

• De juistheid en rechtmatigheid van de aangeleverde tekst
• Het gebruiksrecht op alle aangeleverde afbeeldingen
• De juistheid en veiligheid van alle links
• Het voorkomen van misleidende of verboden reclame

Streekgids.nl mag een aanvraag afwijzen wanneer deze niet aan deze voorwaarden of de redactionele uitgangspunten voldoet. Na publicatie vindt geen restitutie plaats wanneer de adverteerder om voortijdige verwijdering vraagt of wanneer verwijdering nodig is wegens onjuiste, misleidende of onrechtmatige aangeleverde inhoud.

How it works

1. Complete the application form. Submit the finished text, images, links and billing details.
2. Complete payment. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Where available, PayPal may offer additional methods such as Wero.
3. Editorial review. Streekgids.nl checks the text, images and links before publication.
4. Publication after approval. You will automatically receive an email when changes are required, or when the advertorial is approved, scheduled, rejected or published.

What to submit

• A complete, publication-ready title and advertorial text
• Company or organisation name and contact person
• A valid email address and complete billing details
• The website or destination link
• A featured image in JPG, PNG or WebP format
• Optionally, up to five additional images and five additional commercial links

Invoice required?

Enter the complete company and billing details in the application form and let us know after submitting that you require an invoice. The invoice total is €60. Foreign invoices are prepared according to the applicable invoicing and VAT rules.

Editorial review and notifications

Payment does not automatically guarantee publication. After payment, the application receives the status “Paid – awaiting review.” If changes are required, the submitter automatically receives an email containing the editorial note. The submitter is also notified automatically if the application is rejected.

If Streekgids.nl definitively rejects a paid advertorial before publication, the PayPal payment will be refunded.

Publication terms

• After approval, the advertorial is published in the National category.
• It will not automatically appear on the homepage or in other news sections.
• The article is clearly labelled “Advertorial – paid contribution.”
• All commercial links include rel="sponsored noopener".
• The publication period is one year from the actual publication date.
• After one year, the article is removed from the public website but is not permanently deleted.
• The advertiser and Streekgids.nl receive a reminder thirty days before expiry. Renewal for another year is available through a new payment.

Content and responsibility

The content must be appropriate for the character and audience of Streekgids.nl. Advertorials relating to sex, gambling, cryptocurrency, tobacco, political campaigns or other sensitive or undesirable subjects will not be published.

The submitting party is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the text, the necessary rights to all images, the accuracy and safety of all links, and ensuring that the content does not contain misleading or prohibited advertising.

Streekgids.nl may reject an application that does not comply with these terms or its editorial standards. No refund will be issued after publication if the advertiser requests early removal or if removal is required because the submitted content is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.
